Very hard to contact a real person at customer services. Tried several numbers
Two no longer recognised,the others where
automatic answer numbers push button 1.2.3 etc. Did another search and found Pissed consumer number, they answered first time and quickly resolved my query.Good service from them, poor from Very, need a way to be able to speak people!

I was trying to use a £20 voucher you sent me. I was stuck for ages; it wouldn't let me carry on with the order.

Then, when it moved, it had all gone through and didn't give me the chance to use the voucher.

The next day, I tried phoning Very on different numbers you gave for customer services; it kept saying I had dialed a wrong number. I eventually got one that was working and spoke to a very nice man who was very helpful and sorted it all for me.

I was trying to use the £20 discount that I was given from you, it would not let me put it on then just said transaction had gone through. It took me ages to get through to you on the phone all the nos that you had given for customer services I could not get through on.

Not very happy with the delivery company used or communication with customer. My order was cancelled not by me but due to damage in transit. Only found out why cancelled after several phone calls to both delivery and retailer. Can't re-order replacement until account credited and that takes 14 days. Meanwhile I have to wait 14 days approx without washing machine. I am a new customer, not a very good impression, thinking about ordering from another retailer.
