According to Very shipping policy they deliver UK-wide. However, their delivery services may take longer if you live in remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

How can I get my refund

The item says it’s been delivered on 30th December but I did not receive it

What about if there is no "Something for you" card left for me and claimed as delivered with proofing with the picture mentioned someone else door which isn't mine or someone of my neighbours door. Package is not received and no options for redelivering or pickup by Royal Mail points. My order just missing and want to complain and request for refund.

According to the Very FAQ page, if your item is showing delivered but you never received, this usually means a card will have been posted to let you know the location of your parcel. Please check the card for details. The item may have been left in the secure delivery location that you suggested as a safe place. Alternatively, the courier may have left the parcel with a neighbour.
You can track your parcel 24/7 via My Account:
  • Select the 'Recent Orders' tab in My Account;
  • Find your order, then click 'Track Parcel' to reveal the latest information on your order status.

If your item is being delivered by Yodel, Arrow XL or Royal Mail you’ll see an icon that will take you directly to their website, where you can track your delivery.

According to Very FAQs if you have applied your code and it doesn't work, it might have expired. You may also contact Very customer care team by phone at 0800 11 ** **. They are available Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 6pm.

The Very Customer Service team representative will help you come up with a plan to manage your account. My order was cancelled by Very. But I am still to receive my money back.

Why does Very not release the money back or authorisation hold in the money back automatically once they cancelled the order? It is annoying and causing a lot of delays as I am still waiting on my refund.

Orders placed and declined when states delivery day

I have placed 2 orders 1 on the 31st October for 2 items and one today 1st November. I have a £300 credit limit. So why have these items been declined when it clearly states when they would be delivered.

I ordered River Island girls school loafers and I payed 25£ plus shipping. I payed 29.99£ for the shoes and when they arrived I noticed they are not the right shoes, the wrong shoes came. I would like my money back please.
