I have had a very account for awhile and thought i would cash in on some black Fridays offers and you have locked my account and your bs forget password then postcode screen and email click here and create a new password. Will not allow me to create ANY new password for the account. And yes i have met the criteria. It errors out saying passwords dont match & wrong postcode. When im sorry i know where I live!

Item ordered on Very.co.uk was meant to be delivered on Sunday, didn't show up but Monday I get an email telling me it was delivered the previous day, I check tracking and can see it says delivered, but I notice that the delivery instructions state that it would require proof of ID, address and be able to confirm the tracking number, all options for leaving with neighbour or doorstep or safe place etc are greyed out. Tried to find how to raise an issue with my order on website, not possible, tried to use the love not, sends me in circles around website, can't find contact details apart from a 0800 telephone which wasn't answering. Resorted to twitter (X), response next day and DM chat with @veryhelpers. Who while being very polite were utterly useless. Only answer they could give was to phone the 0800 number. So I give them a call and after the usual automated bits and a wait to be picked up I get to speak to someone who I explain the situation to and they reassure me that it will and I would receive a text I'm the next 48 hours asking if I had received the parcel, if I replied no then it would be passed to the investigation team. I asked for a call reference for my conversation but they said it's not needed and if I call back anyone will see this conversation. Later that day I get a email from Very (an unmonitored mailbox so cant reply) which tells me that the parcel was delivered in love with delivery instructions as far as they are concerned and shows a picture of a box on my door mat outside... that doesn't seem to match the delivery Instructions I saw.. I phone back... or try to over an hour waiting to speak to someone only to be disconnected, try again 40 mins later still no answer and I had to hang up as going to an appointment. I try twitter (x) again and ask what to do if they aren't answering phone. Their answer... phone again! Can't see my case, can't give me another number, can't arrange a call back, can't give me an email. Tried again on phone and get through eventually, explain situation, get transferred to investigation team, explain again... the call agent admitted it wasn't delivered in line with the instructions. I answer a some questions about if it could be with neighbours, or in a safe place etc etc. After these questions the agent starts to ask if I have CCTV or a ring doorbell, or if my neighbours have this? I don't and don't think they do but couldn't say for sure. Integration over the agent goes onto tell me that this will now be passed to their 'Special investigation team' and a 'Special investigator'. Will contact me to arrange a time to come out and talk to neighbours and look around. No timeframe given untill I ask, (sometime in next two weeks), I ask about my refund and they won't say when, can't say untill investigation is complete... At this point I've had enough of very and my patience is beyond spent, having spent most of the day dealing with this. I log a dispute on PayPal, explain the full situation, what's above basically. And I get a reply from very! 'sorry about the missing delivery, this will be passed to our investigation team.'. I point out that I've already been in contact and it doesn't appear they have read what I wrote... no answer. Next day I decide to add a few more comments highlighting the failings of Very No comment from very. Next day I ask for advice on a forum and then post another response on PayPal with some consumer rights comments. And I get a response! Very reply and send me my own tracking number and tell me it's being investigated. Award for worst customer service ever?

Hello. I returned a Calvin Klein belt item on 08/14/23 through Yodel and you still haven't received it. I checked the tracking number and it is still somewhere. I also returned the second parcel on 09/16/23 of neck jewelry and you have not received it yet. I contacted Yodel and they said to contact you. Why should I pay for things that I returned on time? How can you solve this problem for me? I have receipts with tracking numbers. Thank you

Bought an iphone 14 in May - battery life wasn't working as advertised (battery was lasting same amount of time as my old iPhone 11 that only has 74% battery life whereas the 14 is advertised as having 16plus hours of video play back - I was getting barely 11 hours using nothing but safari and gmail app). I called Very in June and rather than getting a refund within 30 days - I stupidly agreed, as per Very's advice - to take it to Apple to look at the fault. This took weeks taking me over the 30 day refund - Apple did tests but couldn't find cause of the fault but conceded that it did not work as advertised and that under consumer rights the phone should be replaced but said they couldn't do themselves. I went back to Very who said I could no longer get a refund and picked up my phone on July 25th - I provided the complaint reference from Apple and also explained their findings. Over a month late they sent the phone back to me saying there was no fault. I called Apply back - they provided me with a letter this time that detailed their tests and recommendations. I called Very/ Shop Direct to provide them with this letter and they said they would collect the phone again nd that I could only provide them with Apple's letter physically in the box with the Phone when they collected it again. They collected on Aug 31st. I then called once a week to find out what was happening with my phone to be told that it had not been decided. On 14th September I called Very/ Shop Direct again to be told that they have sent the phone to Apple for testing even though Apple did all possible tests in July & again in Augusta and provided the findings and recommendations that I gave Very/ Shop Direct the physical copy of. Today, 20th September I call Very/ Shop Direct again to be told Apple still have the phone. So I called Apple who said it was 'in transit' to them and that Very/ Shop Direct were the ones who ordered the same tests to be done again - not Apple as Very had told me on the previous call. Apple were unable to provide me with any information on when my phone would be processed and advised I speak to trading standards as they couldn't help me as I did not purchase from them. I then called Very again and asked for my complaint to be escalated - quoted the exact wording of the Consumer Rights Act. I am entitled to a full refund because Very have not: - provided repair or replacement without causing me significant inconvenience (I am disabled and autistic and this has been a stressful ordeal) - provided a repair or replacement in a reasonable amount of time That's the rule for faulty products after 30 days - however, I have proof from Apple that the product doesn't work to consumer rights standard and I have proof I first contacted Very and Apple about this within 30 days so it should just have been a straight forward refund - I feel conned and taken advantage of as a vulnerable adult.

Hello team, I had placed an order of a mobile phone Honor X7A. The features mentioned on website were 128gb memory with 6gb RAM. But the phone delivered is with 4gb RAM. I realized it when I was using the phone and it was getting slow as I ordered 6gb one to use some heavy apps. I have all the papers and box delivered with the phone. I called the customer service and they are saying they cannot help it now also they said they might have delivered it because the one with 6gb was out of stock. Is not it a kind of fraud? That you are not delivering the mentioned item in the order. I want some solution for this issue, I need that phone which I ordered or give me refund of my order if you guys do not the exact mentioned item on website. I ordered an iPad 10th Generation in silver and a blue case for it, but I changed my mind and cancelled them August 19th and was told it could be to late as it could of been dispatched , Anyway they never arrived and was showing as cancelled on my account, But few days later I changed my mind and I decided that I would order them again. And arrived on the 22nd August.I put them on buy now pay later. Now I keep getting messages asking me to return and if not returned they are going to be added to my account.Could you please look into this for me as something is not right here.

20 week wait, VERY ordered twice in wrong colour, still not resolved!

On 30/04/2023 I ordered a SWOON Denver 4 seater sofa and footstall in colour fern for a total of £1,562.39 which I purchased on the buy now, pay later service. Just over a 10 week wait for the sofa, I booked in the sofa for delivery, and was extremely disappointed on the day to learn that the sofa was in a NAVY blue, and the footstall was in the ordered colour of fern. I called VERY the same day and complained about this. I was offered 10% off and was told the delivery charges would also be refunded. I re-ordered the same sofa again in FERN. At this stage, my house was being renovated, I was not living in the local area and was only travelling to the address at weekends. I contacted REHENSUS who informed me they DO NOT work on weekends to collect it, but VERY ensured me it would be fine to hang onto the sofa until a date in which I could be present at the address. I was informed the new sofa was ready to be delivered and was booked for 01/09/2023, and collection was also made for the 1st incorrect sofa. On the morning of the delivery, I was informed it had been cancelled. After making phone calls I was told that it had not been assigned to a large enough van by RHENSUS. This happened a further 2 times on 06/09/2023 an 11/09/2023, the same reasoning that it was not assigned correctly. At this stage I had now taken 4 days off work in order to receive my sofa. Eventually on 15/09/2023, having now taken off work for a 5th time, the delivery of the new sofa made its way to my house. To my absolute horror, the sofa arrived once again in NAVY AGAIN! Despite being re-ordered in fern for a second time!! I have received severely poor customer service from VERY. I have requested on a number of occasions to speak with a manager on the phone. This was never done, as I was told there wasnt a manager available or that my complaint had been logged and would receive a phone call in 4 hours. No manager has ever got back to me. On 11/09/2023 I spoke with a customer service staff member Gary Mohammed. He promised me I would receive a call back on 18/09/2023 to discuss my complaint. However no phone call to me was made, and I instead had to wait on hold for over an hour, to once again, be told there is no manager and to expect a call back tomorrow. I have requested the refund of both sofas and footstall. Despite this request, I have been informed my refunds will not be immediate, and will have to wait until the sofa is returned and then processed. During this period of time, I have made 4 payments towards my very account towards these sofas which totals £575. I have been told I will have to wait for this money back, meanwhile I have been left unable to purchase a further sofa from elsewhere as I need this money for a deposit. Additionally, I continue to have 2 sofas against my credit, which means I have recently been rejected for further credit elsewhere which in turn effects my credit score! I have now booked in collection for sofa for 20/09/2023. This will be my 6th day off work to facilitate this equating to loss of earnings of over £800. I have calculated from my phne records that I have spent over 11 hours on hold to both VERY and RHENSUS since 06/09/2023.

I ordered a Nintendo Switch and a game for it. The game arrived at ETA but the Nintendo switch is still stuck at mail centre. Should have arrived on the 22nd, attempt to reach Very via email has been ignored. Called them yesterday morning about the issue, I was told that the best they can do is cancel and reorder it to arrive in 4 days time. I don't have that much time and said I can't wait that long, so all she did was raise an investigation with Royal Mail. Haven't heard from them since.

We have not been given the parcel weve checked with neighbours and safe places and there is no parcel!! The parcel needed signing for and in the tracker is stated we have signed for it.

Hi I have read the report from your engineer, who has basically called me a liar. How would he know if the sofa was unpacked by the driver or not? He wasnt there As for the sofa legs, which were inside the sofa, he didnt register the look of surprise on my face when he showed me. Surely if the drivers had unpacked the sofa they would have got the legs out. As far as the marks on the carpet,, although faded I have taken a photo this morning to show they are still there. It is obvious the engineer is biased towards Very even though I have to pay for the report

I've actually no ides what is going on My parcel went missing the other day the email they sent claimed they left the delivery and card where it was here (neither were) I called yodel (delivery service) they told me to contact very I contact very they send me an email of a parcel that looked way too small to be mine on the floor They said they would have to fill out a goods return form and I've had nothing since I asked every neighbour about it I've spoke to the corner shops no one has it and frankly very and yodel were no use in the situation at all unfortunately.
